Role Overview
Axiom Technologies, an Australian IT solutions provider serving global mid-to-large enterprises, is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer in Mumbai, India. This role involves troubleshooting operating systems and peripheral devices, managing installations, and supporting enterprise hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to various PC operating systems including Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11.
- Manage installation of hardware and software components efficiently.
- Employ System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for deployment and maintenance tasks.
- Provide support for peripherals such as printers and other devices.
- Apply basic understanding of Standard Operating Environment (SOE) in daily operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a graduate from any recognized discipline.
- Practical experience working with diverse Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with SCCM and software/hardware installations essential.
- Knowledge of SOE and peripheral troubleshooting is advantageous.
