We invite you to join as a Senior Associate, Data Science, contributing significantly to data-driven digital transformation initiatives. This impactful role involves applying advanced machine learning and analytical techniques and aiding business development, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy sophisticated analytic models and machine learning algorithms that generate substantial business benefits, ensuring robustness and alignment with client objectives.
• Manage full-cycle client engagements, from problem definition and data exploration to model implementation and evaluating outcomes, effectively translating complex insights into actionable business strategies.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, product experts, and strategists to build integrated solutions, bridging communication between technical and business stakeholders for consensus on challenging decisions.
• Support and expand the Data practice by championing continuous learning, nurturing team development, upholding project standards, and embracing emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Engage in business growth efforts by participating in proposal creation, client presentations, producing thought leadership content, and deepening client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 8 years of professional experience in data science roles.
• Strong enthusiasm for harnessing AI and data to drive business transformation, coupled with a continuous learning mindset.
• Proficiency in statistical and modeling techniques such as Random Forests, Clustering, and Linear Regression, with specialization in customer intelligence areas including segmentation, behavior analysis, recommender systems, and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI models, agentic solutions, and context engineering approaches.
• Skilled in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL along with AI/ML platforms such as Databricks, and cloud services including Azure Synapse, AWS SageMaker, and Google Cloud Vertex AI.
• Experience with data science and visualization libraries/tools like scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, Apache Spark, matplotlib, and ggplot2.
• Capability in handling diverse large-scale datasets and multiple data formats/interfaces including SQL, JSON, REST, Parquet, streaming, geospatial, and unstructured data.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI and charting libraries like matplotlib and plotly.
• Client interaction experience in consultancy or project teams, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Willingness to travel as required to client locations.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and relevant collaboration tools including Confluence, Jira, and git.
• Proven ability to work effectively in culturally and disciplinarily diverse teams.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Understanding of data management platforms (CDP, CRM, DMP, Big Data Lakes, Cloud) and related tools like ETL and marketing automation.
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments, utilizing tools such as Docker and Kubernetes for lifecycle management.
• Solid foundation in software engineering principles and cloud deployment methods.
• Background in data-driven marketing, campaign management, measurement, Martech, and CDP systems.
• Industry experience beneficially including Finance, Automotive, Logistics, Energy, or public sector domains.
