Sales Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking customer-oriented and driven Sales Consultants to become part of our team located in Jubail City. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales activities within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to customers, assisting them in selecting products and services tailored to their requirements.
• Strive to meet both individual and overall store sales objectives.
• Ensure proper maintenance of product displays, accurate pricing, and uphold store presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as restocking and performing cycle counts.
• Engage actively in promotional initiatives and seasonal sales events.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education level: High School; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage.
• Experience ranging from none up to two years in retail sales or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English for effective communication.
• Basic familiarity with computer operations and point of sale (POS) systems.
• Enthusiastic about sales and delivering quality customer service.
• Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and during busy seasons.
