Sales Associate - Spencer's

Overview

The Sales Associate at Spencer's is tasked with delivering excellent guest services according to company standards. This role involves supporting the store management team by driving sales and ensuring the store environment is maintained properly.

Key Duties

• Supporting sales generation and customer engagement.
• Performing housekeeping and merchandising duties including signing and pricing of products.
• Managing point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently.
• Implementing loss prevention measures following company policies.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years of age to apply.
• Physically able to climb ladders, lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for 8 hours per shift.

Compensation and Benefits

The wage ranges from $17.60 to $17.85 per hour, contingent upon your qualifications and experience.
