Responsibilities

• Apply strong commercial insight to align daily tasks with brand objectives and key performance indicators.
• Efficiently manage operational challenges and customer concerns, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.
• Provide insights and feedback regarding store operations, performance, and potential improvements.
• Contribute actively to meeting sales goals and enhancing overall store success.
• Manage cash and card payment transactions following established company protocols.
• Assist with stock management including handling deliveries, transfers, and maintaining inventory control.
• Ensure the store environment remains immaculate, well-organized, and compliant with visual merchandising standards.
• Serve as a positive example within the team to foster a collaborative and motivated workplace.
• Support training initiatives to coach and aid in the professional growth of fellow team members.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury retail context.
