Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Advisor to play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales at our Cult store. The successful candidate will engage customers, provide product recommendations, and ensure a superior shopping experience while achieving sales targets. Leadership qualities and a passion for retail are essential to foster a welcoming atmosphere and mentor new team members. This role suits individuals who excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome customers.
- Identify and understand customer requirements.
- Recommend suitable products aligned with customers' needs.
- Offer precise details about product features, current offers, and company policies.
- Respond effectively to customer inquiries regarding products and policies.
- Promote product trials to assist customers in making informed purchasing choices.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
- Create and sustain a pleasant, inviting retail atmosphere.
- Meet or surpass sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate customer feedback and complaints promptly to the Store Manager.
- Manage billing, inventory, and various transactional operations efficiently.
- Provide guidance and support to newly onboarded sales advisors.
- Ensure an organized and tidy back store area.
- Safeguard the well-being of colleagues, customers, store property, and stock.
- Perform other daily operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in retail sales, preferably within sportswear, sports, or footwear brands.
- In-depth knowledge of retail sales processes and key performance indicators.
- A strong grasp of effective consumer interaction principles.
- Familiarity with inventory stocking and control procedures.
