Role Purpose

As a Room Attendant, you are key to the Housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness to an exceptional standard and paying meticulous attention to detail. Beyond performing physical cleaning tasks, you will collaborate effectively with team members and assist guests when needed to ensure every visitor enjoys a wonderful and memorable experience.

Primary Duties

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly including linen changes, bathroom sanitation, and surface cleaning to create a lasting positive impression.
• Follow established procedures strictly to meet the high cleanliness standards upheld by the property.
• Maintain and replenish housekeeping carts, ensuring they are organized and fully stocked.
• Use cleaning supplies responsibly while following safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
• Protect guest privacy and security throughout daily duties.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure an uninterrupted guest experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience as a cleaner or room attendant is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and co-workers.
• Strong attention to detail with efficient time management and pride in work quality.
• Physically able to navigate multiple rooms, including using staircases and open pathways.
• Enjoy working cooperatively within a diverse team environment.
• Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and public holidays.
