Key Responsibilities

• Prepare work sites for roofing operations.
• Remove and dispose of existing roofing materials.
• Handle loading and unloading of roofing supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness at work locations.
• Install, repair, or replace diverse roofing systems as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong team-oriented attitude with reliability and dependability.
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks in dynamic, high-energy environments on rooftops.
• Capacity to handle materials weighing over 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors under varying weather conditions.
• Ability to operate safely in noisy and dusty environments on rooftops and adjacent grounds.
• Mandatory use of personal protective equipment such as safety boots.
• Possession of personal transportation is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to comprehensive safety protocols.
• Intermediate proficiency in English communication.
