About NEURA Robotics and the Role

NEURA Robotics is developing advanced AI-enabled robots that require real-world skill training beyond internet data. Their NEURA Gym is a global network where robots learn industrial tasks directly by interacting with experienced human operators.

As a Robot Operator, you will engage hands-on with NEURA Robotics’ platforms, including the 4NE1 humanoid robots, through remote teleoperation and physical interaction to collect essential training data that enhances the robots' intelligence and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Remotely operate NEURA robots by teleoperation to accomplish real-life tasks.
Wear motion capture suits to perform assigned movements accurately according to project needs.
Conduct organized data collection sessions to produce valuable training data for AI development.
Prepare, calibrate, and set up robots for testing and public demonstrations.
Monitor robot operation closely, collaborate with onsite technicians to quickly troubleshoot issues, and document all observations.
Partner with AI and Robotics Engineers to refine and enhance robot capabilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Familiarity with fast-paced, production-like environments, including shift work.
Hands-on experience in skilled trades such as mechanics, electrical work, automotive, or related fields.
Dependable, flexible, and keen to learn new skills.
Robotics or automation experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
English proficiency required; German language skills are a bonus.

Physical and Operational Requirements

Ability to stand and move for prolonged periods.
Possess strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
Capable of performing repetitive teleoperation activities with precision and sustained concentration.
