Risk Analyst

Role Overview

The Risk Analyst will undertake a part-time remote role focused on evaluating and monitoring risks associated with the training center's programs, operational processes, and financial affairs. Their daily tasks encompass gathering and interpreting data, conducting thorough risk assessments, and compiling reports that detail critical insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential financial, operational, and strategic risks impacting the organization.
• Support the creation of risk mitigation strategies and plans.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal control systems and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
• Collaborate with training and management teams to communicate risk findings effectively.
• Assist in enhancing decision-making processes through evidence-based risk analysis.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Strong aptitude for analytical thinking and structured risk assessment.
• Knowledgeable in finance principles pertinent to budgeting and cost evaluation.
• Competent in statistical methods for data modeling and risk metric interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex risk information to non-experts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Preferred experience in risk management, data analysis, or auditing roles.
• Capable of working autonomously in a remote work environment and adhering to deadlines.
• Familiar with spreadsheet applications and analytical tools; understanding of risk management frameworks is advantageous.
