Role Overview

The RF Analyst and Operator plays a critical role by leveraging specialized technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail to develop strategies that provide clients with actionable insights and context for optimizing their information landscape. This role involves analyzing complex data from multiple sources, validating methodologies, and delivering timely recommendations to inform decision-making. The position is based in Alice Springs, Australia, and requires presence onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with requirements managers, operators, and analysts to evaluate system capabilities and requirements.
  • Collect data from various sources to perform thorough analysis on both existing and emerging information.
  • Ensure the validity of analytic methodologies employed.
  • Develop innovative solutions to meet operational demands.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Possession of US TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph or Australian PA Clearance.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in digital RF detection and conditioning.
  • Familiarity with radio frequency operations processes.
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating 24/7 shifts.
  • Capability to obtain prompt medical and psychological clearances.
  • High school diploma or GED certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous exposure to RF operations.
  • Experience with advanced digital RF detection methods.
  • Familiarity with specialized governmental tools for tasking, analysis, operations, exploitation, and visualization.
  • Understanding of information requirements and oversight policies.
  • Skill in identifying and documenting system anomalies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM disciplines.
