Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Retoucher to become a key member of our Content Team at REPRESENT. The successful candidate will focus on producing top-quality visual assets that align with our brand standards and maintain consistency across all outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality images for Represent, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Design and implement Photoshop actions and scripts to streamline the editing process.
• Perform precise colour correction to guarantee accurate and consistent product representations.
• Collaborate with the creative team and provide support to the studio manager to optimize workflow efficiency and meet daily production goals.
• Manage and organize image files for backup, uploading, and resizing in various formats.

Qualifications and Experience

• Expert-level proficiency with Photoshop CC, having experience with model e-commerce photography, still life, and campaign images.
• Strong capabilities in colour grading techniques.
• Exceptional organizational skills for file management tasks including backup, uploading, and scaling.
• Familiarity with Dropbox or similar platforms for file organization.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude with a flexible approach to shifting priorities and changes.
• A keen interest in the industry, especially in online retail trends.
• Effective communicator and team player with a talent for building constructive relationships both inside and outside the organization.
• Attention to detail and clarity in communication.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through technical training opportunities.
