Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for supervising all facets of store activities, including overseeing sales performance, enhancing customer service, managing inventory, guiding the team, and ensuring compliance with operational policies. The role demands fostering a dynamic retail atmosphere aligned with achieving the store's business targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee everyday store operations and overall performance metrics.
- Meet and exceed sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Lead, mentor, and nurture store staff to promote growth and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure product availability.
- Uphold merchandise quality and optimal store presentation.
- Handle and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage operational costs in line with set budgets.
- Evaluate sales data and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and retail guidelines.
- Coordinate marketing promotions and seasonal events successfully.
- Generate detailed operational and financial reports for regional leadership.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum six years’ experience in retail, including leadership of store operations.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and meeting commercial goals.
- In-depth knowledge of retail processes and merchandising techniques.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client service abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
- Proficiency with retail management software and systems.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
