We provide services related to food safety which include product inspections, development support, training, and regulatory compliance for clients operating in retail, food production, and hospitality sectors.

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct audits, coaching sessions, and training programs on food safety directly at customer locations, maintaining high-quality audit standards.
• Deliver safety training both online and in-person at customer sites, managing timely and responsible reporting after training sessions.
• Provide ongoing support and expert advice to customers regarding food safety protocols.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication to encourage client participation and commitment in audit programs.
• Perform customer-specific system audits within the food industry adhering to relevant standards and requirements.
• Prepare audit documentation before and after site visits, ensuring compliance with both customer demands and internal guidelines in both German and English.
• Be available for occasional evening and weekend assignments when required.

Candidate Profile

• Possess relevant prior experience in food or hospitality industries, such as qualifications as a kitchen, hotel, or restaurant master, or hold degrees such as B.Sc. in Nutritional Science or Food Technology, or equivalent education.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, and demonstrate a courteous and approachable demeanor.
• Demonstrate independent, result-focused working habits accustomed to self-management.
• Be ready and able to undertake travel for field audits with a valid Class B driving license, including occasional out-of-hours work.
