Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly pay: $20.00 per hour plus commissions
• Average earning potential: $20 to $30 per hour including commission
• Work schedule: Friday through Sunday
• Positions available: part-time and full-time

Job Responsibilities

Engage customers within a national retail home improvement venue by initiating friendly discussions about HVAC renovations, air quality improvements, and energy efficiency solutions. The primary responsibility is to secure appointments for complimentary in-home evaluations conducted by experienced comfort advisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Comfortable initiating conversations with retail shoppers
• Possess a friendly and outgoing demeanor; previous sales experience is advantageous
• Capability to stand or walk for up to 6 hours per shift
• Reliable personal transportation to and from the designated store
• Availability to work weekend retail hours, including some holidays
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance to positively represent the ARS brand
• Attend weekly meetings held at the office
