Research Assistant

Role Overview

The Research Assistant will play a key role in supporting various research projects by performing data collection, evaluation, and documentation activities essential for informed decision making and achieving organizational goals. The position focuses on assisting in research tasks, ensuring data quality, and maintaining comprehensive project records.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews and gather both qualitative and quantitative research data.
• Organize and maintain research databases accurately.

• Coordinate and support research activities including surveys and interviews, as relevant.
• Monitor project progress ensuring research processes comply with established methods and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Statistics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of research methodologies, data collection strategies, and analytical frameworks.
• Skillful in gathering, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting diverse data types.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of statistical software, research databases, or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong capabilities in analysis, critical thinking, and problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, able to produce clear, concise reports.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle several research assignments simultaneously.
• Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team while upholding accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
