Role Overview

The Research and Development Officer is a critical position tasked with propelling the organization's growth through concentrated research efforts, innovation in products, and keen market insight. This role ensures AA Kenya stays competitive by recognizing emerging business prospects, conducting thorough market and competitor analyses, and providing actionable intelligence to foster product and service design suited to client needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Prior exposure to the mobility, transport, automotive services sector or related fields is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of the automotive and mobility industry, technologies, prevailing trends, and market dynamics.
• Expertise in research techniques and proficiency using data gathering and analytical tools.
• Acquainted with business intelligence, reporting, and presentation applications to communicate findings effectively.
• Ability to conceive and foster innovative ideas.
• Competence in developing detailed reports and robust business cases.
