Role Overview

The Reporter position at AccuTree is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in the United Arab Emirates. The individual in this role will be responsible for researching, collecting, and verifying information from diverse sources to produce factual and compelling news and feature articles centered on AccuTree’s services, human resources trends, and leadership development subjects.

Key Duties

• Conduct interviews and participate in relevant events to gather information.
• Prepare written reports and create multimedia content suitable for digital and print platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging and align with editorial standards.
• Adhere strictly to publication deadlines.
• Track industry trends and propose story ideas that resonate with the brand and its intended readership.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient reporting skills encompassing thorough information gathering, fact-checking, and story crafting.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a clear, concise, and audience-tailored approach.
• Skilled in news writing techniques, including structuring articles, creating effective headlines, and drafting engaging leads for multiple formats.
• Familiarity with multimedia storytelling tools, such as audio and video content production.
• Bachelor’s degree in fields like Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or related disciplines.
• Preferably, prior experience in news media or corporate communications settings.
• Capable of working on-site, managing multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HR, leadership, and workplace trends is a plus, alongside adherence to ethical journalism standards.
