About the Role

Join an international brand specializing in pet products as a Social Media Manager focused on growing and managing Instagram and Facebook accounts. This role supports a Shopify-driven business catering primarily to the US pet owner market, emphasizing authentic, engaging, and premium content creation aligned with the brand’s identity across social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a content schedule across Instagram and Facebook, including posts, stories, reels, and captions.
• Produce visually attractive, brand-consistent graphics, photos, and short videos appealing to pet enthusiasts.
• Craft compelling captions and copy that reflect the brand’s voice and core values.
• Stay informed on social media trends to fine-tune strategies for increased engagement and reach.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and direct messages.
• Analyze and report social media performance metrics to guide future content decisions.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts, particularly for e-commerce or consumer brands.
