Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Processing Specialist I to join our Integrated Customer Services team remotely. This role involves accurately processing energy rebate requests to ensure program goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Enter and validate rebate data for energy efficiency programs.
• Consistently achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the team to improve processing workflows.

Performance Expectations

• Maintain production standards at or above 90% with a 99% accuracy rate, minimizing critical errors monthly.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures to ensure task success.
• Exhibit professionalism in all aspects of the job.
• Continuously acquire new skills related to programs and tasks to meet utilization goals set by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous data entry experience is beneficial.
• Highly motivated, curious, and energetic individual.
• Strong organizational skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
• Flexible with schedule changes, including potential split shifts, evenings, and Saturdays during peak times.

Remote Work Requirements

• Company provides laptop, software, and all required equipment.
• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 20 Mbps download with 99% latency; ability to hardwire to router.
• Dedicated home office space free from interruptions with two power outlets.
• Must be available on phone continuously during working hours with no distractions or caregiving duties.

• Hourly pay of $16 plus $65 monthly internet stipend.

Additional Conditions
