Role Overview

This position is intended for independently licensed therapists who desire predictable compensation, flexible yet structured scheduling, minimal administrative workload, and clearly defined clinical expectations within a fully remote setting.

Daily Responsibilities

• Conducting outpatient therapy sessions remotely on a 100% virtual platform.
• Working primarily with clients experiencing lower-to-moderate acuity such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and other common conditions.
• Providing standard 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions with a consistent, manageable caseload.
• Operating without responsibilities for inpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), or crisis calls.
• Collaborating with an internal referral network including psychiatrists.
• Leveraging full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing tasks.

Clinical Autonomy and Work Flexibility

• Making independent clinical decisions within evidence-based treatment frameworks.
• Customizing schedules and weekly availability in coordination with operational needs.
• Practicing in an environment that values professional judgment and shared accountability for quality of care.
• Having accessible clinical leadership for consultation, while administrative burdens are minimized.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of an independent and active professional license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent.
• Current unrestricted licensure in at least two states (except California, New York, and Massachusetts) with multi-state licensing support available.
• Comfortable managing a consistent outpatient clinical caseload.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a sustainable, fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Preferably experienced in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments.
• Highly valued experience with skills-based therapeutic modalities including CBT, ACT, MI, and DBT-informed care.
• Not suitable for clinicians seeking supervision toward licensure or independent private practice; this is a team-based role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time or part-time W-2 employment structure.
• Annual base salary starting at $70,000, with potential incentives up to $20,000.
• Incremental pay increases based on tenure, starting after two years.
