Relationship Manager - Field Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking proactive and motivated Relationship Managers for Field Sales based in Bangalore. This position calls for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about client engagement and sales growth in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
• Conduct in-person client visits to foster relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Promote additional products through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Provide effective post-sales support and engagement for clients.
• Engage customers regularly to maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare and manage accurate sales forecasts.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of 12th grade (minimum) is required; graduates or equivalent preferred.
• Prior sales experience, particularly with insurance companies or Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), is advantageous.
• A proven record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
• Knowledge of diverse sales approaches and pipeline management strategies.
• Self-driven with strong result orientation and excellent communication abilities.
• Capability to cultivate and sustain long-term client connections.

Additional Details

• Work Location: Bangalore.
• Working Days: Six days a week with rostered offs.
• Salary: Approximately 5 LPA plus incentives.
