About the Role
We are recruiting a Relationship Executive to undertake a field sales position in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector. This role requires active engagement in sourcing new loan business opportunities by connecting with dealers and direct consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new loan customers through dealer networks and direct outreach.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients to foster business growth.
- Collect and verify customer documentation necessary for loan processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless loan application and approval procedures.
- Consistently meet or exceed the monthly business targets assigned.
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi languages.
- Possession of own bike and valid driving license is mandatory due to travel requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for field-related activities.
- Prior experience in sales or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation
The salary offered ranges from INR 20,000 to 22,000 per month with additional incentives based on performance.
