Regional Operations Manager - Texas Market

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate retail operations for RedLion Mobility across Texas locations ranging from Amarillo to Victoria. The position emphasizes the implementation of effective processes and policies throughout the market to ensure compliance, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities in a cost-efficient and appropriate manner.
• Oversee inventory control, cash handling, scheduling, merchandising, and deployments.
• Handle asset management, facility maintenance, and conduct store compliance inspections.
• Support new store openings and refine operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Set strategic and operational goals aligned with company objectives.
• Perform other assigned duties related to operations management.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an Operations Manager or in a comparable position.
• In-depth knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles.
• Strong communication skills and leadership capabilities.

• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
