Role Overview
The Recruitment Consultant role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, focusing on permanent and contract placements primarily in technical, engineering, or accountancy/finance sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, qualifying candidates, and filling vacancies.
- Create and publish job advertisements for openings.
- Proactively search and attract candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Required Skills and Experience
- Self-motivated individual with a strong drive to succeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks.
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in phone-based sales preferred.
- Between 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally focusing on permanent roles.
- Experience recruiting in technical/engineering or accountancy/finance sectors.
- Developed skills in client relationship management.
