About the Role

We are seeking a full-time onsite Recruiting Coordinator in Columbus, OH, to facilitate high-volume hiring and assist with workforce planning at our Lockbourne location. The role involves collaboration with hiring managers, recruiters, and operations leaders to attract and hire talent, coordinate various recruitment processes, and manage candidate progression from application through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle by working closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to ensure staffing objectives are met.
• Oversee candidate pipelines, coordinate interview schedules and onboarding procedures, ensuring smooth integration for new hires.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience by being the primary contact for applicants, offering timely updates, answering inquiries, and facilitating pre-employment requirements.
• Support New Hire Orientation and promote a positive employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with onsite leadership on workforce planning, delivering recruiting updates and labor market insights to enhance hiring outcomes.
• Work with recruiting leadership and marketing teams to find innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
• Maintain precise recruiting data, track and analyze hiring metrics to identify trends and improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce planning.
• Experience operating in environments with high recruitment volumes.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and relationship management.
• Proficiency in multitasking under time constraints.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office software.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Columbus, OH.
• Physical capability to stand for up to four hours during recruitment events.
• Flexibility to work occasionally during early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
