Position Overview

We are looking to hire a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of technical and non-technical roles across the firm. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers, human resources, and leadership to attract and secure top talent who embody our mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and craft attractive job descriptions.
• Implement recruitment strategies tailored to attract candidates for engineering, technical, and support positions.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events to find qualified candidates.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and oversee the candidate journey from application to job offer.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the selection process.
• Extend job offers and assist in negotiations to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work with HR and Marketing departments to enhance employer branding through consistent, engaging communications across the company website, social media platforms, and other channels.
• Organize and encourage participation in external recruitment events such as career fairs and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within engineering, architecture, or construction sectors.
• Proven capability to handle multiple vacancies spanning various disciplines.
• Strong talent sourcing expertise and familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
• Experience leveraging LinkedIn and other social media to engage both active and passive candidates.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Adept at building trustful relationships with hiring managers and applicants.
• A commitment to providing outstanding candidate experiences and fostering an inclusive workplace.

Additional Information

The annual salary range for this position is $77,000 to $82,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and location.
