Role overview

Gartner is looking for a Recruiter to support hiring for Singapore or Sydney. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and secure strong talent for the company. Key responsibilities

• Identify, source, screen, and align candidates with role requirements and open positions across assigned business units.
• Build a strong understanding of each hiring profile by developing close working relationships with hiring managers.
• Use a broad mix of recruiting channels and apply creative sourcing methods to attract talent.
• Maintain and use candidate databases for sourcing, monitoring, and tracking recruitment activity.

Candidate profile

• You should have 3 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, either in a corporate environment or with an agency.
• Business-level English communication skills are required.
• Hands-on expertise in direct sourcing and talent mapping, with a solid record of success.
• Proven performance in target-driven or metrics-based talent acquisition roles.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
• A determined, results-oriented approach with a focus on delivery.
