Role overview
Gartner is looking for a Recruiter to support hiring for Singapore or Sydney. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and secure strong talent for the company. The position is central to Gartner’s growth and offers the chance to contribute directly to the progress of the people you hire.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, source, screen, and align candidates with role requirements and open positions across assigned business units.
- Build a strong understanding of each hiring profile by developing close working relationships with hiring managers.
- Use a broad mix of recruiting channels and apply creative sourcing methods to attract talent.
- Maintain and use candidate databases for sourcing, monitoring, and tracking recruitment activity.
Candidate profile
- You should have 3 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, either in a corporate environment or with an agency.
- Business-level English communication skills are required.
- Hands-on expertise in direct sourcing and talent mapping, with a solid record of success.
- Proven performance in target-driven or metrics-based talent acquisition roles.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
- A determined, results-oriented approach with a focus on delivery.
