Key Duties

Greet clients warmly and provide professional assistance.
Answer incoming phone calls and address general inquiries.
Organize, prepare, scan, and file various legal documents efficiently.
Manage correspondence and handle confidential materials with discretion.
Open and maintain accurate client files and records.
Perform data entry, photocopying, scanning, and general administrative tasks.
Complete other assigned administrative duties as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

Must be a cooperative team member who is detail-oriented and demonstrates responsibility, initiative, and strong integrity.
Possess effective communication and organizational abilities.
Maintain a professional appearance with a friendly and positive demeanor.
Good command of the English language is essential.

Qualifications
