Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor with a background in Food Technology or Microbiology to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role is exclusively open to male candidates. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes from raw material inspection through to product dispatch, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and conducting necessary testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform online quality checks accompanied by thorough documentation.
- Monitor the entire process, starting from the inspection of incoming raw materials up to the dispatch of finished goods.
- Prepare and manage documentation for audits.
- Utilize knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) to maintain food safety standards.
- Conduct laboratory testing including microbiological, chemical, physical, organoleptic, and sensory analyses.
Additional Information

- Monthly salary ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000.
