Job Summary

Boeing Global Services is looking for a Quality Production Specialist to support the F-15 Qatar Program stationed at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. This role involves ensuring quality standards in various aspects of the program’s development and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements to ensure quality is addressed early in program development.
• Develop and maintain quality policies, directives, procedures, and metrics aligned with program, contractual, customer, regulatory, international standards, and operational agreements.
• Analyze process data, metrics, and workflows to identify root causes of issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement preventive or corrective solutions.
• Research and analyze performance and process control statistics to enhance process capabilities continually.
• Conduct quality source selection reviews assessing suppliers’ compliance with program quality requirements and aid management decisions accordingly.
• Perform audits at hardware, software, and system levels to verify conformity with quality management system standards, configuration requirements, and customer or regulatory mandates, reporting results to leadership.
• Review and determine dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts, and equipment based on data analysis.
• Operate under general direction in performing duties.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with F-15 or similar fighter aircraft operations.
• At least 3 years of quality or inspection experience in military aircraft.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, overtime, and rotating shifts if needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in military aircraft quality or inspection roles.
• More than 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems.
• Particular experience with the F-15 platform and related weapon systems.
• Prior experience in Quality Assurance and root cause analysis.

Additional Information

• This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which necessitates U.S. citizenship.
• The role is fully onsite at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.

• This is a shift worker position with variable schedules including possible weekend and overtime requirements.
