Job Overview
Prajwal Healthcare, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking a dedicated Purchase Manager to manage sourcing and procurement operations. This role revolves around expanding and maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring a consistent supply of new products and brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying innovative brands and new SKUs to diversify product range.
- Evaluating and onboarding fresh vendors and suppliers to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Establishing and sustaining strong professional vendor connections to support business growth.
- Performing in-depth market research to uncover new sourcing prospects aligned with company objectives.
- Negotiating prices, minimum order quantities, payment agreements, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
- Collaborating with vendors to procure samples, clarify product specifications, confirm pricing, and check availability.
- Searching for alternative suppliers and products to enhance competitive sourcing options.
- Overseeing complete vendor development and sourcing procedures ensuring smooth procurement operations.
Compensation
The remuneration for this role is offered between 25,000 and 50,000 INR monthly.
