Overview
The Property Operations Coordinator role at Easterseals Florida involves managing facility upkeep and maintenance across multiple sites, including the Dunn Avenue location and Edgar's Farm. This full-time position offers a generally 7:00 am to 4:00 pm schedule, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility to accommodate project demands. The pay range is between $21.00 and $22.50 hourly and includes health benefits and paid leave.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance at various facilities
- Maintain a regular presence at the Dunn Avenue site supporting operations for therapy and education spaces
- Ensure exterior grounds are orderly each day, handling walkways, entrances, and waste removal
- Perform walkthroughs to identify and correct maintenance, safety, and cleanliness issues
- Handle basic repairs encompassing plumbing, painting, carpentry, and lighting
- Keep carpets, floors, and shared areas clean and tidy
- Track, respond to, and update work orders using designated systems
- Supervise third-party vendors such as cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and repair services
- Monitor building systems, equipment, and grounds to anticipate maintenance or replacement needs
- Manage inventory of supplies and tools for property upkeep
- Prepare and restore meeting, training, and event spaces
- Support Edgar's Farm with groundskeeping, fencing, and seasonal property maintenance tasks
- Provide occasional assistance to other locations like Palm Coast and Bunnell as necessary
- Assist with safety protocols and ensure compliance with facility standards
- Be available for urgent or after-hours maintenance when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical certification required
- A minimum of two years experience in building or equipment maintenance
- Experience with preventative maintenance is highly preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair tasks
- Competent in using manual and power tools, ladders, floor machines, and pressure washers
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and work order management software
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation and current insurance
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and complete demanding tasks
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Capable of multitasking and working independently in a team-oriented environment
