Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain construction schedules using project planning software such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project alongside collaboration platforms like LCM-Digital, BIM, and Power BI.
- Manage schedule reporting including cause analyses and monitoring of stability deviations within construction processes.
- Conduct data collection through collaborative workshops to generate status comparisons and prepare forecasts for project execution scenarios.
- Support both new and ongoing construction projects in applying Lean methodologies.
- Plan and coordinate Lean and scheduling workshops and training sessions for internal and external project participants.
- Implement and advance Lean strategies within the framework of comprehensive schedule management in projects.
Requirements
- Completed degree in civil engineering, infrastructure management, process engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in construction, preferably in schedule management and creation of comprehensive project timelines.
- Understanding of processes and dependencies across planning, tendering/contract awarding, and execution phases, with an affinity for databases and process modeling.
- Familiarity with common collaboration software solutions is desirable.
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Willingness and availability for travel within Germany, including about 1 to 2 overnight stays per week.
- Analytical, solution-focused mindset and enjoyment working in interdisciplinary teams.
