Role Overview
We are on the hunt for a highly independent, technically adept AI and Agentic Marketing Lead who will transform our marketing operations. This position transcends traditional management, requiring a hands-on creator who will design, deploy, and oversee comprehensive AI-based marketing agents, automated processes, and generative workflows to amplify scale and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complete marketing campaigns leveraging generative AI, autonomous agents, and sophisticated automation systems.
- Detect and eliminate manual marketing inefficiencies—such as content production, lead evaluation, email campaigns, and data analytics—by developing fully automated agent-driven processes.
- Engineer and maintain advanced prompt libraries and AI systems to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned marketing results.
- Serve as a liaison between Marketing and Technology teams, integrating AI tools through APIs utilizing platforms like Zapier, Make.com, or n8n into CRMs and marketing software.
- Assume full responsibility for AI marketing projects from concept through launch, guaranteeing deadlines and business goals are met.
- Preemptively identify and resolve AI inaccuracies, API constraints, or system challenges by devising innovative solutions and fallback measures.
- Create detailed documentation, standard operating procedures, and prompt usage guidelines to enable team-wide utilization of built systems.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics of AI-driven campaigns, refining models and workflows based on data insights.
Required Qualifications and Expertise
- Minimum three years of practical experience in digital marketing including growth strategies, operations, and campaign management, especially in remote settings.
- Hands-on proficiency with large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, alongside image generation tools like Midjourney and DALL-E, plus advanced prompt engineering in marketing contexts.
- Strong skills in constructing complex automation flows using Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or bespoke API scripting.
- Experience or solid understanding of agentic AI frameworks such as custom GPTs, LangChain, crewAI, or AutoGPT.
- An autonomous, proactive problem-solver who independently devises technical marketing solutions.
- Comprehensive marketing knowledge covering SEO, paid media, email marketing, and conversion optimization, with an ability to enhance these through AI.
- Exceptional communication capabilities in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical complexity into actionable marketing strategies.
- Highly organized and analytical, with strong execution skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
