Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to launch projects by defining goals, scope, timelines, costs, payment milestones, and preparing comprehensive project management plans.
• Lead and coordinate project teams throughout execution phases, driving efforts toward successful delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication, unify teams, conduct meetings, resolve conflicts, and eliminate obstacles internally and externally, including coordination with international teams when required.
• Identify risks early, assess potential impacts, and establish mitigation plans.
• Create and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure projects remain financially efficient.
• Maintain transparent communications with clients and stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations effectively.
• Oversee quality control to guarantee deliverables meet agreed standards and client requirements; review outputs prior to delivery.
• Handle daily project operations and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Possess valid PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (active serial number required); CSM and CSPO certifications are advantageous.
• Degree holders in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or closely related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years project management experience for Project Manager role; at least 8 years for Senior Project Manager roles.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, and both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; passionate, quick learner with technology enthusiasm.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, application programming principles, databases, and system design.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Self-driven with proven leadership in managing enterprise IT software implementations.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to foresee possible roadblocks or risks.
• Effectiveness in collaborative work environments.
• Track record of managing priorities and diverse personalities within cross-functional teams.
• Additional advantage if able to speak/read Mandarin Chinese or Vietnamese.
• Background in software vendor environments or system integration service providers is a plus.
