About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services seeks an analytical and strategic professional to join their team focusing on project management and corporate strategy. This mid- to senior-level position involves leading cross-departmental projects, supporting corporate growth initiatives, and driving transformative efforts in education, consulting, and professional services.

You will partner closely with senior leaders to oversee strategic projects, enhance organizational efficiency, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver projects that align with the company’s executive vision and goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from the initial planning phase to delivery, ensuring they meet set timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Formulate comprehensive project plans including resource distribution, risk avoidance, and budgeting.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators to guarantee timely completion.
• Liaise with internal teams, external collaborators, and stakeholders throughout all project stages.
• Identify and address project risks and dependencies through suitable mitigation strategies.
• Produce clear project status updates and reports tailored for executive management.
• Implement strong project governance and pursue continuous improvement measures.

• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategy.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of corporate growth strategies and business expansion plans.
• Evaluate new business ventures, strategic alliances, and market penetration initiatives.
• Analyze financial and operational data to underpin executive decisions.
• Develop business proposals, strategic documents, and investment recommendations.

• Identify areas for operational enhancements and propose solutions grounded in data analysis.
• Support change management and business process optimization initiatives organization-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Three to seven years of relevant experience in project management, corporate strategy, consulting, or operations roles.
• Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and organizational capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Notion is advantageous.
• Professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Experience in education, consulting, or professional service sectors is considered a plus.
