Position Overview

The role of Project Manager, Ākonga Hauora, entails overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects that enhance long-term strategies for student wellbeing at Te Kura. This position requires ensuring projects are clearly defined, managed efficiently, and aligned with the school's strategic priorities. The main goal is to implement consistent, sustainable practices that elevate wellbeing outcomes for all students, their families, and staff.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate projects that contribute to improved student wellbeing and organisational effectiveness.
  • Guarantee sound project scoping and management to align initiatives with Te Kura's priorities.
  • Collaborate throughout the institution to bolster system-wide capabilities, practices, evaluations, and ongoing improvements concerning student wellbeing.
  • Report directly to the National Lead, Ākonga Hauora, and support the wider Ākonga Hauora division.
