Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee IT projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards within defined timelines and budgets. The role involves comprehensive project planning, coordination with diverse teams, risk mitigation, and facilitating project methodologies suited to the environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and execute IT projects while monitoring progress until successful completion.
• Define clear project scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with business requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA analysts, business analysts, external vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Consistently track project advancement and deliver status updates to relevant parties.
• Identify potential risks and issues, assessing impact and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Manage modifications to project scope or resources through formal change control processes.
• Lead project meetings, including sprint planning sessions and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize key performance indicators and project management tools to measure and optimize project outcomes.
• Support and implement Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies depending on project needs.
• Oversee successful project closure and thorough documentation completion.
