Role Overview

This position involves managing comprehensive coordination and compliance activities within corporate interior architectural projects. The role requires overseeing multiple facets such as site coordination, ensuring adherence to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) standards, and guaranteeing fidelity to design blueprints.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities on-site to ensure smooth operations and compliance with all stakeholder requirements.
• Ensure that MEP installations align with regulatory and project-specific guidelines.
• Maintain design alignment throughout the project lifecycle to meet architectural standards.
• Supervise project schedules, ensuring timely milestone achievement and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor quality control measures to uphold high standards in deliverables.
• Manage and review working drawings to ensure accuracy and applicability on-site.
• Drive projects from initial concept through to final completion, facilitating seamless architectural execution.
