This newly created hybrid role supports multiple AI projects, acting as the central link between business leaders, engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders as AI initiatives move from initial concepts to full production. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning, coordination, and execution of several AI-related projects following Agile methodologies in sprint formats.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans including setting objectives, defining epics, sprint goals, milestones, and measurable output.
• Organize and manage Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, showcases, and backlog refinement.
• Maintain essential delivery documentation like roadmaps, sprint boards, action and decision logs, RAID logs, and performance reports.
• Monitor project progress tracking epics, user stories, dependencies, risks, blockers, and overall delivery status across teams.
• Support quarterly planning to ensure alignment on priorities, capacity, dependencies, and commitments within teams.
• Continuously enhance Agile delivery protocols, governance, reporting cadence, and team collaboration approaches.
• Develop robust relationships across AI, technology, product, and business units to ensure efficient project delivery outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in roles such as Project Coordinator, Delivery Coordinator, Agile Delivery Analyst, PMO Analyst, or Project Support Officer.
• Background in dynamic environments such as startups, scale-ups, innovation labs, digital product teams, or agile squads.
• Experience supporting AI or software engineering projects.
• Proficient with project delivery tools including Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills to juggle numerous priorities and deliverables in a fast-moving setting.
• Solid understanding and practice of Agile methodologies, including Scrum processes like sprint planning and backlog maintenance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, effective across both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Attributes

• Previous involvement in quarterly planning, roadmap creation, setting OKRs, or portfolio prioritization.
• Familiarity with Agile concepts like Scrum, Kanban, epics, user stories, sprint objectives, team velocity, and retrospectives.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, engineers, data scientists, designers, or software engineers.
• Coordination experience managing vendors, third-party collaborators, or technology platform vendors.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, or responsible AI procedures within a technology delivery setting.
