Candidate Requirements

  • Between 2 to 5 years of experience in project controls, cost management, or financial analysis.
  • Proficient understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance examination.
  • Practical experience with Earned Value Management and project performance evaluation.
  • Familiarity with scheduling concepts such as critical path, sequencing, and dependencies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and capability in utilizing financial reporting software.
  • Effective communication talents with the ability to distill complex data into understandable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
