Programs Officer

About the Position

We are seeking committed Programs Officers to aid in the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of projects aimed at community development and organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities related to program implementation.
• Create detailed work plans and track the progress of projects.
• Carry out site visits and engage with various stakeholders.
• Compile and prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation.
• Support budgeting and management of project resources.
• Assist in identifying beneficiaries and conducting outreach efforts.
• Ensure all program activities conform to organizational goals and donor criteria.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a closely related field.
• Previous experience in managing projects or programs.
• Strong abilities in report writing and effective communication.
• Capable of working with diverse community groups and stakeholders.
• Outstanding organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Readiness to travel as needed.
