About the Role
This senior position within the Service Development, Improvement and Delivery Team focuses on managing and leading complex improvement programmes aligned with the Trust’s strategic goal of delivering Safe, Personal and Effective care. The Programme Manager will oversee multiple improvement projects forming part of the Trust's key priorities, ensuring progress is tracked and objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, organization, and delivery of wide-ranging, complex improvement initiatives integrated within the Programme Management Office.
- Provide facilitation, coaching, and project management support to teams implementing improvement activities.
- Monitor the progress of improvement programmes, adjusting plans as necessary and reporting outcomes to relevant organizational bodies.
- Conduct and compile thorough audits and analysis using advanced research tools to assess current states and identify improvement opportunities.
- Apply specialized expertise in Improvement Practice (SPE+) to ensure appropriate methodologies and tools are employed throughout projects from initiation to completion.
- Design and develop training modules to build capacity and capability in improvement skills across the Trust.
