Program Manager – Stormwater Infrastructure Projects – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Program Manager with a strong background in project management consultancy (PMC) for large-scale stormwater infrastructure projects. This role involves supervising project execution, managing contractors' performance, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring that work complies with the project specifications, quality benchmarks, safety standards, and regulatory rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PMC supervision activities for stormwater infrastructure projects.
• Ensure construction complies accurately with approved designs, specifications, timelines, and contractual obligations.
• Track contractor performance, project progress, quality measures, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance.
• Review and authorize contractor deliverables such as method statements, technical drawings, material submissions, work schedules, and proposals.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progression and address technical challenges promptly.
• Conduct site inspections, oversee testing and commissioning, and confirm adherence to project and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to monitor project advancement.
• Coordinate risk mitigation strategies and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
• Provide technical direction and leadership to site supervision teams and field personnel.
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards, company procedures, and legal regulations throughout the project lifespan.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in infrastructure or wet utilities projects, with significant expertise in stormwater systems.
• Demonstrated PMC or consultancy role experience on large-scale stormwater or infrastructure developments.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in contractor supervision, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Compulsory MEP experience associated with stormwater pumping stations, networks, or relevant infrastructure.
• Strong grasp of design reviews, authority approval processes, construction administration, and project regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership skills combined with effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.

Additional Information

• Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
• Reporting to the General Manager & CTO.
• Position Type: Full-time, permanent.

• Salary: AED 50,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
