Program Manager, Content Partnerships

Overview

Meta seeks an experienced Program Manager to join the Content Partnerships team to strengthen and support partner engagement by creating, packaging, and managing valuable partner opportunities. The role focuses on fostering strong partnerships through collaboration across multiple teams with the goal of accelerating product adoption via partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage impactful collaborations with senior partners and supervise daily partnership operations.
• Act as a strategic consultant advising marketing, product, and communications teams on talent industry requirements.
• Lead initiatives in ambiguous settings by aligning team strengths to meet business demands and securing necessary resources to enhance partnership efforts.
• Handle and prioritize inbound requests related to marketing, communications, and product projects.
• Initiate and propose long-term partnership opportunities that benefit Meta's talent partners and business goals.
• Work with Meta's Strategic Partner Managers focusing on talent engagement to compile VIP partner lists for paid program consideration.
• Establish executive-level relationships to comprehend intricate business needs and recommend creative or technical solutions.
• Educate internal stakeholders on partner programs, optimal practices, and integration options.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years in strategic program management, partnerships, operations, or management consulting.
• Highly strategic thinker capable of clearly explaining key technical and business considerations.
• Proven ability managing multiple complex projects concurrently on a day-to-day basis.
• Skilled at building trust and strong relationships with senior leadership.
• Detail-focused and well-organized, adept at resolving ambiguous challenges.
• Experienced in implementing process improvements and achieving results in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency integrating artificial intelligence tools to enhance workflows and achieve measurable outcomes such as efficiency and quality improvements.
• Knowledgeable about responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and validation of output quality.
• Continuous development in AI skills like prompt engineering and agent orchestration, staying updated on emerging AI tech.
• Experience collaborating with legal teams to finalize agreements.
• Background in startup, technology, or talent organizations.
• Willingness to travel frequently as the role demands.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a base salary range of $162,000 to $227,000 annually, plus bonuses, equity, and other benefits. Exact compensation varies by experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
