About the Role

We are seeking a proficient Production Supervisor with specialized experience in the plastics sector. The role demands hands-on industry knowledge combined with strong analytical skills and proficiency in managing MIS reporting efficiently.

Experience & Qualifications

At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience within the Plastics Industry.
Preferred background includes roles in plastic manufacturing, production, quality control, or similar functions.
Educational credentials include a Diploma in CIPET – Plastics Engineering & Technology or a Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering.

Required Skills

In-depth understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS) is essential.
Exceptional abilities in data management, analytical evaluation, and reporting.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Professional demeanor with a smart and presentable appearance.

Key Responsibilities

Create and upkeep MIS reports along with operational data documentation.
Oversee production documentation and records management.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Assist in process enhancement initiatives and reporting tasks.
