About the Role
We are seeking a proficient Production Supervisor with specialized experience in the plastics sector. The role demands hands-on industry knowledge combined with strong analytical skills and proficiency in managing MIS reporting efficiently.
Experience & Qualifications
- At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience within the Plastics Industry.
- Preferred background includes roles in plastic manufacturing, production, quality control, or similar functions.
- Educational credentials include a Diploma in CIPET – Plastics Engineering & Technology or a Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering.
Required Skills
- In-depth understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS) is essential.
- Exceptional abilities in data management, analytical evaluation, and reporting.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Professional demeanor with a smart and presentable appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and upkeep MIS reports along with operational data documentation.
- Oversee production documentation and records management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in process enhancement initiatives and reporting tasks.
