Production Supervisor

Job Overview

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the industrial production processes. This role involves organizing and supervising the workforce during shifts in production areas to ensure efficient operations.

Key Duties

• Manage daily production activities to meet established production goals.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the production team.
• Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, and other food safety protocols.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yield, waste, and downtime.
• Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain departments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Operations Management, or a similar discipline.
• Have between three to five years of supervisory experience within FMCG or food manufacturing sectors.
• Preferably experienced with protein processing, including poultry, meat, seafood, or plant-based protein products.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP standards, and ERP software such as SAP or Oracle is required.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to work effectively in shift schedules and cold, refrigerated production environments.
