It holds ISO certification along with FDA and ISI approvals, employing the Biaxial Rotomoulding process. The company operates three production facilities across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh, allowing them to serve a broader customer base with timely deliveries.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production workflows to maximize resource efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate and plan mold changeovers to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
• Oversee raw material management, inventory control, and material handling to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
• Drive continuous process improvements aimed at minimizing product rejection rates and boosting overall output.
• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to address mold upkeep, process enhancements, and manpower deployment challenges.
• Maintain and promote 5S methodology on the shop floor to uphold workplace organization and safety.
• Focus areas include production planning and execution, rotomolding process oversight, rejection management, team leadership, mold maintenance, material administration, documentation and reporting, continuous improvement efforts, and fostering coordination across departments.

Preferred Experience

Applicants with prior expertise in rotomolding or the plastics manufacturing sector are highly favored.
