Role Overview

The Production Operations Manager will play a key role in shaping our operational processes and system efficiencies at scale. Managing sizable teams, you'll collaborate with cross-functional product teams to refine and optimize workflows, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational performance.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop both direct and indirect team members, fostering an environment that supports their growth and success.
• Determine and prioritize impactful projects for the team, defining clear objectives and timelines to achieve ambitious targets.
• Actively mentor your team, facilitating their professional development and potential realization.
• Demonstrate leadership by resolving challenging customer issues and empowering your team to deliver consistently excellent results.
• Engage with global teams to identify opportunities and implement strategies for elevating service standards.
• Analyze complex business scenarios, leveraging robust data analysis to inform major decisions.
• Design, launch, and enhance systems and programs to reinforce the foundation of outstanding customer support.
• Create and refine scalable processes that support the company's rapid expansion goals.
• Be accountable for business line metrics, champion improvements in team output and decision quality.
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with vendors and external partners, strengthening negotiation outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree from a leading university.
• Background or training in an engineering discipline (recent graduates are welcome).
• Successful track record in structured, KPI-driven environments such as startups.
• Experience managing sizeable and diverse teams.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, confident decision-making, and motivational approach.
• Exceptional communicator with advanced people management and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to excel under pressure in dynamic, fast-changing businesses, managing competing priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset with a history of creatively solving operational or productivity issues, backed by measurable results.
• Proficiency in identifying and correcting process inefficiencies through data-driven solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis and process automation.
• Lean Six Sigma certifications.
